All sales are final and exchanges are at the discretion of the management. Buyer will have 30 days from date of purchase to make an exchange.
If you are unsatisfied with an item, we will honor an exchange for another product of equal or lesser value provided the item is in stock. All exchanged apparel must not be worn or washed; all items must be in NEW condition. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges on the original order are non-refundable.
In addition, all shipping and handling costs to return a damaged item or exchange will be the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt of the item, we will honor an exchange for the same product or another product of equal or lesser value provided the item is in stock. We do not impose any "restocking fees."
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange an item for one that is more expensive by charging your card for the difference. We only authorized a charge to your credit card for the original order. Please also note that once an order is charged, your credit card information is erased from our records to protect you.
All items are packaged securely to arrive safely at your door. Upon arrival, open all envelopes or boxes and check for damaged or missing items. We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped correctly. If you do find damaged or missing items upon delivery, please notify upon receipt of goods.
All domestic orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days after the order and payment have been received. All domestic orders ship out via United States Postal Service and delivery time will vary depending on location. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery after your order has been processed. All international orders will ship via FedEx. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery after your order has been processed. All duties and customs charges will be passed on to the recipient on behalf of the shipper. All orders must have a correct street address to avoid any delays in shipping. All delivery time frames are dependent upon any weather delays or other unforeseeable delays beyond our control.
